Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid City

The room was reasonably priced and I liked the central location. And btw there were great views of the mountain!

Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, bathroom was large. The venue's position was central. Our hotel was 20 minutes drive away from airport.

Well, the area was really noisy overall.

The people were friendly, helpful and very professional. They could not do enough for you. The morning meal was excellent with a wide selection of foods.

Absolutely loved the attitude and comfort of the hote. lWill stay there again for sure, next time through. Stayed one extra day because it was so comfortable. Recommend it 100%

I stayed with my family for four nights and found the room clean with ample space. Breakfast was satisfactory most days, with a nice variety. On one morning, the kitchen staff were quick to replenish the eggs and sausage after I mentioned they were low. The nearby steakhouse made it easy to grab dinner without traveling far.

We visited Rapid City to see our grandchildren. The hotel was great - very clean and updated. The location was perfect for us also. Our grandchildren enjoyed spending time at the pool. We also enjoyed using the work out center. We will definitely consider this hotel for future visits. There was one problem when we checked in - we were suppose to have a king room and the room had 2 queens in it. We went back to the desk and they were very accomodating to get it taken care of. Nice breakfast included each day also.

The staff was super friendly from the front desk clerk to the breakfast staff. Our room was awesome and very quiet especially after having driven all day long. I will definately stay here again when we go through the area. I would give it a 10 out of 10 rating overall for cleanliness, friendliness, comfort, and price.

Only thing that was rough was that we were on the 4th floor with a puppy and there wasn't a large grass area for her to go potty but that was a minor thing and the other things of the hotel definately outweighed this little inconvenience.

Convenient airport access, spacious meeting facilities, cozy couch area

No real kitchen facilities to prepare snacks or late-night meals!!!

To begin with, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Lots of pillows and lovely sheets. The staff was very helpful, the Dakota restaurant next door was pricey but the food was delicious. Try the buffalo rib appie. The Jacuzzi wasn't very bubbly and the pool is quite shallow, but it would be great for young children. Free breakfast featured really good coffee and the usual fake eggs. Took my yogurt with me, grabbed a banana, and was happy as a clam. Overall, you can't get a better deal.

The Jacuzzi was murky and unbubbly. The breakfast was a bit weak.

Very nice rooms

I was very disappointed that there were no jacuzzi tubs in the King suite we reserved. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary away from the children and we were both looking forward to the relaxing, private jacuzzi.....without all the extra people & chlorine smells of the public hot tub. It was really misleading that the internet site we reserved with advertised that our room would have jacuzzi and upon arrival it did not.....

Nice stay with some hiccups

We stayed in a King Suite for 1 night. The room was clean, but one of the drawers was broken and the chair looked like it survived a bear attack. The hot tub and pool were great though! Breakfast was decent with some hot options. Just wish the bed was a bit firmer for a better night's sleep. It was a bit of a mixed bag.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a cozy couch area and nice amenities. Loved the pool and convenient laundry services!

The room was wonderful! It was clean, big, very elegant! The breakfast room was big and the food was wonderful! I always love to have a nice big warm breakfast! The location was easy to get to, just right off the interstate! The staff was all very nice and helpful!!

Room was very clean. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. I appreciate being able to check in early. Breakfast was very good. I diffently will stay there again on my next stay in Rapid City. Thank You

Comfort suites is conveniently located near the interstate. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff was super friendly. We appreciated the fitness room, it had enough cardio machines for a quick workout!
